Return Policy

We make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order was placed as long as the products are unopened, and returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. 

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy - If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from, please return them for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange your products, no restocking fee will be charged. All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging. All products must be returned before a refund may be issued. After the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.

Damaged Products - If item(s) in included in your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us via the contact form and we will replace the product immediately.

Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.

How to Return a Product: 

1. Contact us- Use the Contact Form on our website to request your return. Please include your order number in the description box, and the reason for your return. 

2. Returning the product(s)- If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy, you will be issued a return address label via email to package, and ship the products back to us.

3. Receiving your refund- Once the approved return has been shipped and received (in the same re-sellable condition it was sold), Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be credited back to your account
